On-Site Training

If you have a minimum of 3 people to get trained, specific needs to be addressed using your own data or technical environment, On-Site training could be the perfect solution for your team.

• In-Class sessions at client's location
• Expert Instructor with consulting experience
• Highly Customized Training Sessions
• Offered on Weekdays, Evenings and/or Weekends
• Certificate of Achievement
• Three-week post training support (free of charge)

1. Fill out the form below informing your training needs;
   
2. A Training Advisor is assigned to contact you in order to discuss your training needs and provide you with a cost estimate; 


3. A detailed conference call is scheduled with at least one member of your team, an Instructional Designer (ID), a Subject  Matter Expert (SME) and a Training Advisor;


4. Final Training Contract is signed and faxed to STA


5. Customized Training Material is shipped to your location along with detailed setup instructions
6. Instructor arrives at your training location one hour prior to course start time.
7. Training report and students' feedback are analyzed on a daily basis with your team, your training advisor and instructor. Course Pace, Content and Support are adjusted.
8. Your team is given Three-week post training support.
