	Instructor Hiring Process

Software Training Academy (STA) works with a selected group of Instructors, in a FullTime and PartTime Basis. Classes are offered:

• FullTime, Part-Time, Evenings and or Weekends.
• In-Class, On-Site or via Instructor-Led Virtual Class.

As a company founded by Developers and Educators, we, at STA expect that our instructors are not only outstanding practitioners in their field of choice but also outstanding educators. Therefore, all of our instructors must have not only strong technical background but also formal pedagogical background. And this is what makes our company so successful: unlike most training companies, which hire contract instructors on demand, STA takes it much more seriously: Through a consistent internal capacitation program, we constantly train and prepare our instructors both technically and pedagogically. Moreover, our instructors are deeply involved in our consulting services as well. As a result of such a preparation and investment in our staff, all of our instructors are seasoned developers and experienced educators at a very competitive price.
